I.             Job Summary

·         Ekonsulta staff will let the patient fill up the KPRF.

·         Secure consent for photo taking.

II.           Duties and Responsibilities

·         Enroll patients who fill up the KPRF in My Philhealth Portal.

·         Check Philhealth number of patients in Philhealth portal.

·         Encode health assessment form in Ekonsulta system.

·         Perform the other duties as maybe assigned from time to time by the management.

III.        Job Specifications:

a.    Education/Experience:

·         A Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BS IT) graduate

b.    Skills and Abilities:

·         Computer Literate

IV.          Working Schedule:

 Monday – Saturday

    8:00AM – 5:00PM
