About the Role
In this role, you'll speak with households who have requested information about benefit and coverage options. You'll learn what they're looking for, explain available choices, answer questions, and help them move forward with an option that fits their needs.

The position is performance-based, with the opportunity to increase your earnings as you become more experienced. You'll have access to training, qualified leads, established resources, and ongoing support from the team. You won't be left to figure things out on your own.

What You'll Do

Speak with households about their benefit needs and available options

Ask questions to understand each person's priorities

Explain coverage and benefit options in a clear, easy-to-understand way

Help individuals compare available choices

Assist with the application and enrollment process

Follow up with people who need additional information

Keep conversations, follow-ups, and customer information organized

Comfortable communicating with people by phone

Able to listen carefully and explain information clearly

Professional, personable, and dependable

Comfortable asking questions and having guided conversations

Organized and consistent with follow-up

Able to stay focused and productive while working remotely

Motivated to grow within a performance-based role

Pay: $78,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year
