Job Title: Benefits Admin I

Location: Irvine, CA [Hybrid- In office Tue/Thurs (subject to change)]

Employment Type: Temp to Hire

Pay: $24/hr.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for administrative tasks relating to Benefit Analyst work. Retrieve, catalog, and organize financial reporting data regarding the performance of a client's employee benefits insurance program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Collect, organize, and store financial reports from carriers and vendors

· Provide support to Benefits Analyst team in day-to-day assignments and ad-hoc requests

· Organize files for new plan years and for prospects

· Other duties as assigned

Education

· High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Required)

· Equivalent combination of education and experience (Required)

· Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business, economics (Preferred)

Work Experience

· Experience with Microsoft Excel functions and formulas (Required)

· Able to manipulate/create pivot tables (Preferred)

· Data analyzation experience (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

· Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel

· Strong attention to detail

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to prioritize and multi-task

· Ability to work independently and within a team environment
