- Provides guidance, updates, and assistance to ensure employees understand their benefits coverage and claim procedures.
- Maintain benefits files and ensure records are updated.
- Organizes and updates all employee benefits files, both digital and physical, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Ensures all benefits transactions and communications are properly documented for tracking and reference.
- Supports reporting and documentation for audits.
- Assists in preparing periodic reports, summaries, and compliance documents required for internal and external audits.
- Ensures completeness and accuracy of data to support transparent and efficient audit processes.
