  • Support and/or lead communication campaigns for specific events, including annual open enrollment, new hire onboarding, wellness initiatives, benefits program launches, etc.

  • Support the continuous improvement of benefits communications by gathering feedback, monitoring engagement metrics, and recommending enhancements to content, channels, and communication approaches.

  • Maintain a consistent voice, brand, and employee experience across all benefits-related communications.

  • Manage project timelines, communication calendars, and deliverables to ensure timely and accurate execution of campaigns and initiatives.

  • Stay current on benefits trends, communication best practices, and employee engagement strategies to continuously improve the effectiveness of communications.

What you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field required

  • 3-5+ years in communications-related field, including corporate communications, journalism, marketing, agency or similar

  • 2+ years’ experience in an employee benefits-related role strongly preferred

What you’re good at:

  • Communicating effectively with a wide range of individuals in written, oral and interpersonal form

  • Staying organized and paying attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

  • Maintaining technical proficiency with the software, equipment and web-based tools necessary to leverage all available channels in support of employee communication

  • Identifying, understanding and evaluating audiences – quickly determining and explaining who needs to know what, when, how and why

  • Taking ownership of a project or task, thinking outside of the box and creating solutions that drive results

  • Connecting with and influencing employees, stakeholders and partners at all levels, and building strong relationships

  • Working autonomously as well as collaboratively
