A good insurance conversation should end with a client understanding what was discussed, what the available choices are, and what to do next. That is the standard for this role.

Health With Henry Insurance is hiring a Benefits Coverage Advisor for its Chicago team. You will speak with prospective clients about their insurance needs, explain available products and coverage options, help them identify a plan that fits their situation and budget, and guide qualified clients through the application process. You will also maintain accurate records, follow the company sales process, participate in training, and stay in contact with clients as needed.

This is a sales-based insurance role. Compensation is performance driven and may include weekly pay, commissions, and bonus opportunities.

Pay range: $65,000-$90,000 per year.

Uncapped earning potential is available based on performance.

You do not need an insurance background to be considered. The team provides paid training, coaching, and professional development. Candidates should be friendly, self-motivated, dependable, comfortable speaking with people, and willing to obtain a state insurance license if required. Licensing assistance may be available.

The schedule is full-time, Monday-Friday, with flexible scheduling available. Work location is in person in Chicago.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
