- Investigate and resolve complex benefits-related issues, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external benefits vendors to support efficient benefits operations.
- Support annual open enrollment, benefits renewals, audits, and regulatory reporting.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data integrity, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage benefits-related projects and contribute to the continued development of the benefits function.
- Provide analytical insights and recommendations to senior benefits leadership.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency required, including pivot tables, complex formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and large-scale data analysis.
- Experience with benefits administration systems and HRIS platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop practical solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for building and improving processes.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Is highly analytical and confident working with complex Excel spreadsheets and benefits data.
- Takes ownership of problems and proactively develops solutions.
- Enjoys building processes, improving systems, and driving efficiencies.
