Benefits Plan Administrator

We are looking for a Benefits Plan Administrator with exceptional organizational skills to support one of our US-based clients. The ideal candidate should be organized with an eye for detail, high level of accuracy to manage a portfolio of retirement plan clients, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of retirement plan administration for an assigned client caseload
• Serve as the primary point of contact for plan sponsors, investment advisors, and CPAs
• Coordinate plan administration and ensure timely completion of all deliverables
• Collect, analyze, and upload employee data
• Perform trust accounting and asset reconciliation
• Ensure timely deposit of employee deferrals
• Calculate employer contributions and annual plan contributions
• Identify and escalate errors for review and resolution
• Document and track plan activity using internal systems

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in benefits plan administration
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with major recordkeeping platforms preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required
• Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Client-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service
