The Role

Early hours go to scheduled calls and later ones to follow-ups, all from your home office. You work full time from home, reviewing insurance coverage options with households, answering questions, and helping them enroll in plans that fit their needs and budget.

The best fit here enjoys building relationships that bring families back year after year. You should be organized, comfortable on the phone, and open to performance-based pay. If one-and-done calls are all you want, this is not ideal. We provide full training and steady support, and earnings reflect the effort you invest.

What the Work Looks Like

• Organize your call list and plan the day ahead.

• Log outcomes and set reminders for the next contact.

• Manage your pipeline of warm leads from first call onward.

• Confirm upcoming appointments and reduce the number of missed connections.

• Answer follow-up questions after families review their plan options.

• Reach back out to families who requested a callback.

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable asking questions to understand each household's needs.

• Reliable follow-through so nothing falls through the cracks.

• Interested in learning benefits and coverage from scratch.

• Patient teacher who can explain options without jargon.

• A home workspace that stays free of distractions.

• Comfortable using a computer for most of the day.
