Benefits Representative

We’re seeking motivated, professional people to connect with individuals who have asked for information about benefit options. In this roll, you’ll speak with prospective clients, understand their needs, share general information about available programs, and help them take the next step.

Industry experience is not required. New team members receive training, scripts, established processes, and ongoing support. This opportunity may suit someone who is dependable, receptive to coaching, and interested in building their communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact individuals who have requested information about benefit options
• Use provided scripts, training materials, and communication processes
• Ask questions to understand each person’s needs
• Explain general information about available programs
• Arrange follow-up calls or appointments when appropriate
• Keep accurate records of conversations and activity
• Take part in ongoing training and coaching

Qualifications

• Comfortable speaking with clients in person and by phone
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
• Willing to learn new systems and apply feedback
• Customer service, sales, recruiting, or phone experience is helpful but not required
• Able to complete any licensing required before performing licensed activities

Compensation

This is an independent contractor opportunity with performance-based compensation. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on individual activity, performance, and completed business. Compensation and role expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
