Benefits Services Representative

We are looking for motivated, professional individuals to connect with people who have requested information about available benefit options. In this remote role, you will speak with prospective clients, learn more about their needs, provide general information about available programs, and help guide them through the appropriate next steps.

No previous industry experience is required. New team members are provided with training, communication scripts, proven processes, and ongoing support. This opportunity may be a good fit for someone who is reliable, coachable, comfortable speaking with others, and interested in developing stronger communication, client service, and professional skills.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with individuals who have requested additional information about benefit options
• Follow provided scripts, training materials, and established communication processes
• Ask appropriate questions to better understand each individual's needs
• Provide general information regarding available benefit programs and options
• Schedule follow-up conversations or appointments when appropriate
• Maintain accurate and organized records of conversations, follow-ups, and activity
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development

Qualifications:

• Comfortable communicating with individuals by phone, video, or other virtual methods
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
• Open to coaching, feedback, and learning new systems and processes
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, recruiting, or phone-based communication is helpful but not required
• Must complete any required licensing before performing activities that legally require a license

Compensation:

This is an independent contractor opportunity with performance-based compensation. Earnings are not guaranteed and may vary based on individual activity, performance, and completed business. Additional details regarding compensation and expectations will be reviewed during the interview process.
