US HR Benefits Operations

Shift 4PM – 1 AM (Hybrid or remote)

Location – Noida 126

Primary Skills

• Strong knowledge of U.S. employee benefits programs, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, and 401(k)/Retirement Plans.
• Experience managing Open Enrollment, Qualified Life Events (QLEs), dependent verification, benefit elections, and employee benefits education.
• Thorough understanding of U.S. benefits compliance requirements, including state-specific regulations across New York, California, Colorado, Florida, Michigan, Ohio, Texas, Minnesota, and Missouri.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or Oracle HCM Fusion.
• Experience working with benefits and payroll vendors such as Ceridian, ADP, Fidelity, Equifax, Oracle, and other third-party administrators.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, CFRA, OSHA, and Workers’ Compensation.
• Understanding of U.S. employment classifications and associated benefits eligibility and compliance requirements.
• Experience performing data validation and reconciliation between Oracle HCM and payroll systems, including deduction audits, discrepancy reporting, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Experience auditing and maintaining Fidelity 401(k) demographic file feeds, including new hire, rehire, termination, and retirement plan-related transactions.
