Responsibilities

• Assist clients in understanding their healthcare and benefit options
• Conduct consultations to identify clients' needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Educate clients on available health, supplemental, and ancillary benefits
• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on outstanding items as needed
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and professional development opportunities
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve office goals

Qualifications

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
