Berdena's Prep is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Syrup Preparer. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our coffee shops by preparing all syrups used across our locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for consistently preping high-quality syrups to meet the demands of our busy coffee environment, supporting the overall customer experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepping all syrups required for all coffee shops, ensuring they are prepared accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the syrup preparation area to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Monitoring inventory levels of ingredients needed for syrup preparation and notifying management when supplies need replenishing.
• Following standardized recipes and procedures to ensure consistency in syrup quality and flavor.
• Assisting with other related tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the coffee shops.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food or beverage preparation is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise recipes and procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage inventory effectively.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
