Berth Planner 船泊策劃員

The Role

The job holder’s major responsibilities are to:
Maintain and update vessel schedule in system

Liaise with Kwai Chung terminals/ Liners on services details and add owner

Coordinate daily scheduling updates to Lines

Coordinate with internal / external parties including berth and resource coordination

Support the daily activities of berth allocation / resources planning

Prepare operational and analyze reports

The Person

The ideal candidate should have/be:
Degree holder in related discipline with 1 year relevant experience; or

Diploma holder with 4 years relevant experience, or

Form 5 or above with 6 years relevant experience

Experience in terminal operations or shipping industries is an advantage

Proficient in MS application and preferably with experience in NAVIS berth scheduler

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

Good planning and organizing, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills

Self-motivated, initiative and customer oriented

Able to work independently and effectively in a fast‑paced operational environment
