Thinkster is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Bavdhan, Pune. This isn't the kind of internship where you sit quietly in a corner and only update spreadsheets. HR Intern

Experience: 0-6 Months

Location: Bavdhan, Pune

Work Mode: On-site Full-time

Responsibilities

Fair question. HR is a lot more than sending interview invites and maintaining Excel sheets. You'll get to see how people join a company, how teams grow and how a workplace comes together.

• Search for and shortlist potential candidates
• Help post jobs where the right people will actually see them
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates in the loop
• Maintain recruitment trackers without letting the chaos win
• Learn how a hiring process works from start to finish
• Help new team members feel welcome from Day One
• Support onboarding and HR documentation
• Assist with employee engagement and team activities
• Learn the basics of attendance and HR operations
• Get a behind-the-scenes look at how workplace culture is built
