Beverage Attendant

Location Inside Gunita Villas and Pavilion,

Santo Tomas-Lipa Road, Santo Tomas City, Batangas

Salary: 600.00/day plus service charge and tips

• Bar & café station set‑up: stock mixers, syrups, garnishes, coffee beans, and glassware before each shift
• Prepare beverages: pull espresso, foam milk, blend smoothies, shake signature mocktails/cocktails*, and pour local beers & house wines (*cocktails where license allows)
• Upsell & suggest‑sell: recommend pairings to reach daily beverage sales targets
• Quality & consistency: follow standardized recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines
• Inventory & cost control: log daily transfers, monitor par levels, and report low stock or wastage to the Supervisor
• Guest interaction: answer beverage questions, handle special requests (decaf, non‑dairy, low‑sugar), and manage minor complaints with grace
• Sanitation & safety: clean counters, steam wands, bar tools, and fridge gaskets; record temps and follow DOH/BIR beverage‑handling SOPs
• Cash/POS handling when operating the bar kiosk or takeaway beverage window

Qualifications

• With experience in beverage preparation, café, or bar operations is an advantage
• Knowledge of coffee, mocktails/cocktails, and basic beverage service
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Able to follow recipes, portion controls, and sanitation standards
• Organized, attentive to detail, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
