We are looking for a passionate, dependable beverage professional who wants to grow with us, take ownership of their work and build a long-term career beyond the conventional bar environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct bartending, mixology and beverage training at our academy and client locations.
• Curate cocktail menus and develop beverage concepts for hospitality clients.
• Contribute to engaging beverage and mixology videos and digital content.
• Execute event bartending, brand activations and consumer experiences.
• Support business development and client engagement initiatives.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience: 3–6 years of total professional experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience at cocktail-focused bars.
• A strong understanding of the Mumbai bar and hospitality scene.
• Sound knowledge of modern bartending techniques, cocktail preparation and efficient bar operations.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications.
• A proactive, adaptable and organised approach, with the ability to work independently and take responsibility for deliverables.
