About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Beverage Formulation Scientist to support the development, testing, and commercialization of innovative beverage products. The role will focus on beverage formulation, ingredient functionality, stability testing, pilot trials, and product scale-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize formulations for RTD, functional, dairy-based, and plant-based beverages .
• Conduct ingredient trials involving proteins, emulsifiers, sweeteners, stabilizers, and functional ingredients .
• Perform and interpret laboratory tests including pH, viscosity, density, and stability studies .
• Support pilot-scale trials, product scale-up, and production trials .
• Evaluate product performance under different processing and storage conditions.
• Maintain accurate formulation records, experimental data, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, quality, and cross-functional teams on product development projects.
• Prepare product samples and provide technical support for customer trials and demonstrations.

Candidate Profile:

• Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field .
• 4+ years of relevant experience in beverage formulation / product development / R&D .
• Strong understanding of beverage systems, ingredient functionality, formulation principles, and stability .
• Hands-on exposure to laboratory and pilot-scale product development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience in RTD, functional, dairy, or plant-based beverages will be preferred.
