About the role
We are seeking talented Beverage Innovation Development (Mixologists) to join our dynamic team at PT. KURNIAMITRA DUTA SENTOSA, Tbk in Semarang (Central Java) & Yogyakarta. As full-time Mixologists, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing beverage offerings that will delight our customers and elevate our bar and restaurant operations.
What you'll be doing :
- Demonstrate product applications to potential customers
- Conduct brand-related events and activations
- Provide consultation to customers to support and grow their business
What we're looking for :
- Maximum 3 years of experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-end hotel, restaurant or bar environment
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Hospitality, Tourism, Food & Beverage, or a related field is preferred
- Passion for creativity and a proven track record of developing innovative beverage menus
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Certification in bartending or mixology is preferred
