Beverage Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Beverage Manager to lead our beverage operations, drive menu creativity, and uphold our 5-star standard of service. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will manage daily bar operations, mentor the bar team, oversee inventory, and enhance guest engagement through innovative beverage programs and revenue-driven promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise shift execution, conduct pre-shift briefings, and ensure all beverage service standards align with luxury 5-star expectations.
• Develop creative cocktail programs, curated wine lists, and special promotions to boost outlet revenue and profitability.
• Train, coach, and guide bartenders and waitstaff on mixology, product knowledge, guest engagement, and upselling techniques.
• Oversee cellar management, stock requisitions, spillage tracking, beverage cost controls, and bar equipment maintenance.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, manage customer feedback efficiently, and enforce responsible alcohol service and local liquor regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of supervisory or management experience in high-volume bar operations, preferably within a 5-star resort or luxury hotel environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in mixology, spirits, fine wines, draft systems, and inventory management.
• Proven leadership, excellent communication, salesmanship, and strong problem-solving abilities.
