Beverage Manager

VousVoulez-Vous is an upscale dining and entertainment destination where exceptional cuisine, sophisticated hospitality, and captivating live performances come together to create an unforgettable guest experience.As we prepare to introduce our unique concept to Naples, Florida, we are seeking an experienced, passionate, and results-driven Beverage Manager to lead our beverage operations and help establish a world-class beverage program.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixology, strong financial management skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a luxury hospitality environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBeverage Operations & Program Development

• Oversee all daily beverage and bar operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and exceptional service standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain an innovative cocktail, wine, and beverage program aligned with the Voulez-Vous brand.
• Establish beverage service procedures, operational standards, and quality control measures.
• Ensure consistency in beverage preparation, presentation, and guest experience.
• Support pre-opening preparations, including bar setup, equipment selection, inventory planning, and operational procedures.
• Identify emerging beverage trends and introduce innovative offerings to enhance the guest experience.

Financial Management & Inventory Control

• Develop and manage beverage budgets, cost controls, and financial performance targets.
• Monitor beverage costs, pour costs, waste, and inventory discrepancies.
• Analyze beverage sales and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Oversee inventory management, purchasing, stock rotation, and supplier relationships.
• Negotiate with vendors to maintain competitive pricing and product quality.
• Prepare beverage performance reports and monitor key financial indicators.

Team Leadership & Staff Development

• Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and motivate bartenders and beverage staff.
• Develop comprehensive training programs focused on product knowledge, service excellence, and responsible alcohol service.
• Establish performance expectations and maintain accountability across the beverage team.
• Foster a professional, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
• Ensure staff consistently meet luxury hospitality and service standards.

Guest Experience & Entertainment Operations

• Deliver exceptional beverage service tailored to VIP guests and premium dining experiences.
• Collaborate with restaurant management and entertainment teams to ensure seamless beverage service during live performances.
• Maintain efficient bar operations during high-volume dining and entertainment periods.
• Address guest feedback and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and the overall beverage experience.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with all applicable Florida alcohol service laws, licensing requirements, and health and safety regulations.
• Maintain proper sanitation, cleanliness, and organization throughout beverage service areas.
• Implement responsible alcohol service practices and ensure staff follow established procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of beverage management experience, preferably in fine dining, upscale restaurants, luxury hotels, or high-volume hospitality environments.
• Previous experience with restaurant openings or pre-opening operations is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop beverage programs, operational procedures, and service standards from the ground up.
• Advanced knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, mixology, and premium beverage service.
• Sommelier certification or advanced wine education is a plus.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, inventory control, beverage costing, and profitability analysis.
• Proven experience recruiting, training, and leading high-performing beverage teams.
• Experience with restaurant POS systems, inventory management software, and beverage reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy hospitality environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
