Beverage Server

Job Summary
Choo Choo Bar & Grill is looking for a dependable Beverage Server to provide prompt, friendly drink service while helping create an enjoyable experience for guests. This position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized during busy service periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive beverage service throughout their visit.
• Take drink orders accurately and communicate them to the bar team.
• Deliver beverages promptly while checking presentation and order accuracy.
• Monitor guest needs and provide refills or additional service when appropriate.
• Coordinate with bartenders, servers, and management to keep service running smoothly.
• Process guest checks and payments accurately when required.
• Maintain clean and organized service areas, tables, and beverage stations.
• Restock glassware, napkins, straws, and other beverage-service supplies.
• Follow responsible alcohol-service, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Assist with opening, closing, and other assigned side-work duties.

Qualifications

• Previous beverage service, serving, bartending, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Friendly and professional approach to guest service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet applicable Nebraska requirements for alcohol service.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
