Beverage Runner – Cabana & Event Service

Part-time | $15 per hour | Hourly only

Rollertown Beerworks is hiring energetic, hardworking beverage runners to support our cabana servers and bar team. You’ll help keep service moving by delivering drinks quickly and accurately while making guests feel welcome.

This is an active, hands-on role for someone with a friendly personality who moves with purpose, notices what needs to be done, and jumps in to help. We’re looking for dependable teammates who bring energy and effort to every shift.

Responsibilities

• Pick up completed beverage orders from designated bar service areas.
• Match drinks to order tickets and deliver them to the correct cabana or guest.
• Carry beverage trays safely through busy guest areas.
• Communicate with servers and bartenders about missing items, delays, or order questions.
• Greet guests warmly and relay additional requests to their server.
• Clear empty cups and keep cabanas and service areas clean.
• Assist with cabana setup, resets, and restocking service supplies.
• Complete opening and closing duties.
• Follow responsible alcohol service procedures and report concerns to management.
• Stay productive between deliveries and support teammates wherever needed.

What We’re Looking For

• A sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy and safety.
• Clear communication and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn the beverage menu and venue layout.
• Ability to work well with a team and take initiative.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and scheduled events.
• Previous restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
• Current TABC certification or willingness to obtain it before starting.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, carry beverage trays, and work in an outdoor environment, with reasonable accommodation as needed.

Compensation

$15 per hour.

Opportunity for Growth

Team members who consistently demonstrate strong performance, reliability, initiative, and excellent guest service may have the opportunity to cross-train for a bartending position. Cross-training is based on performance in the current role and business needs.
