Hourly Position - $15.00/HR

($1.00/HR Overnight Shift Differential)

Must be flexible to work Swings and Overnight shifts including weekends and holidays

PURPOSE:

Under the direction of the Beverage Supervisor and Lead Beverage Server, this position greets players on the gaming floor, takes orders, and delivers complimentary beverages while creating an exceptional personalized experience.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides Beverage service to players while simultaneously ensuring beverage quality, service and cleanliness standards throughout shifts.
• Follows and achieves the Naskila Casino Mission Statement and the Food and Beverage Mission Statement. Exhibits leadership for the entire staff.
• Puts guest service as the first priority of the department and actions of the staff with the goal of creating personalized guest service experience leading gaming players to return to the property.
• Works as a member of the service team to provide a seamless experience for guests. Resolves guest issues.
• Capable of working in a safe and clean manner and reports all unsafe conditions immediately to Supervisor or takes personal responsibility if supervisor is not immediately available.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience:

• • High School Diploma/GED or combination of education and experience.

Skills and Abilities:

• • Demonstrate ability to establish rapport and effectively relate to Guests and Team Members.

PREFERRED:

Education and Experience:

• • Minimum 1-year server experience in restaurants or bars with high volume.

• Any position related training deemed necessary by Department Manager

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

• Must possess sensitivity to the Native American culture.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
• Must comply with all Naskila Casino Policies.
• Must successfully complete an Introductory Period.
• Must be able to communicate and interact with Guests, fellow Team Members, and Management in a professional and courteous manner.
• Must follow all Safety Rules and Regulations.
• Must adhere to Dress Code and Appearance Policies.
• Must maintain and wear uniform provided by Naskila Casino, if applicable.
• Practice good personal hygiene.
• Must be willing to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as deemed necessary by the Department Manager.
