Beverage Service Associate

Job Summary

Southern Grit is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Beverage Service Associate to support beverage preparation, order service, and daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will provide efficient service, maintain beverage quality, and help create a welcoming experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Take customer orders and ensure beverage requests are accurate.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
• Process beverage orders and customer transactions accurately.
• Maintain clean and organized beverage stations and service areas.
• Restock beverages, cups, garnishes, utensils, and other supplies.
• Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely service.
• Monitor beverage presentation, portioning, and quality.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with opening, closing, and other daily restaurant duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in beverage service, restaurants, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, accuracy, and presentation.
• Ability to handle multiple customer requests effectively.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
