Beverage Service Crew

Studio Malditas is assisting one of our clients in recruiting a Beverage Service Crew to join their milk tea shop team. We are looking for someone friendly, reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare milk tea, fruit tea, coffee, and other beverages according to store standards
• Take customer orders and provide friendly, professional service
• Operate the POS/cashier and handle cash and digital payments accurately
• Prepare ingredients, toppings, syrups, and other supplies before and during operations
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the preparation area, equipment, and dining area
• Monitor ingredients and supplies and report low-stock items
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and beverage preparation procedures
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Properly receive and check deliveries when assigned
• Help maintain an organized and presentable store
• Perform other store-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate
• Experience in a milk tea shop, café, restaurant, or food service establishment is an advantage
• No experience may be considered for applicants willing to undergo training
• Friendly and customer-service oriented
• Honest, responsible, and punctual
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to learn beverage preparation and store procedures
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules when required

Employment: Full-Time

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
