Optimize copy using performance data, analytics, and A/B testing insights.

Maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms and customer journeys.

Use AI tools for first drafts, ideation, personalization, and scaling content.

Write strong prompts and refine AI outputs to ensure accuracy, tone, and compliance.

Fact-check and humanize AI-assisted content before publishing.

Ability to write persuasive, trust-building, and conversion-focused copy.

Strong understanding of digital content formats and platform behavior.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Good grasp of consumer psychology and performance-driven writing.

Comfortable working cross-functionally and incorporating feedback.

Proactive, curious, and ownership-driven mindset.
