Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for various roles within the BFSI industry through candidate sourcing, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Manage relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the market trends in the BFSI sector to stay ahead of competition.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet client requirements.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience as a BFSI Recruiter or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of document management systems (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) for efficient candidate tracking.
• Excellent relationship building skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficiency in offer negotiation techniques to secure optimal deals for both clients and candidates.
