We are looking for an experienced and results-driven 𝗕𝗙𝗦𝗜 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁 with a strong background in selling 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, including Custom Application Development, Application Modernization, Oracle Services, Salesforce Services, Managed Services, and Digital Transformation Solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong enterprise sales experience, BFSI domain exposure, proven success in multi-crore deal closures, and strong CXO-level connects across Mumbai and Pune.

🛠️ 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

✅ Drive revenue growth through new enterprise customer acquisition within BFSI

✅ Identify, qualify, and pursue large transformation opportunities in Application Services

✅ Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual targets

✅ Develop strategic account plans for key enterprise accounts

✅ Lead end-to-end sales cycles from opportunity identification to deal closure

✅ Engage with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Applications, Digital Transformation Leaders, and Procurement Teams

✅ Position Custom Application Development, Application Modernization, Cloud-Native Application Development, Oracle Services, Salesforce Services, Managed Application Services, Application Support & Maintenance, and Digital Engineering solutions

✅ Own and drive multi-crore opportunities from qualification to closure

✅ Develop value propositions, commercial models, and business cases

✅ Negotiate contractual and commercial terms with enterprise stakeholders

✅ Collaborate with solution, delivery, and presales teams to create winning proposals

✅ Build executive-level relationships within existing and prospective accounts

✅ Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the Applications portfolio

✅ Understand BFSI market trends, modernization, digital banking, CRM transformation, customer experience, and operational efficiency initiatives

🎯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

✔️ 8 – 10 years of enterprise IT sales experience

✔️ Minimum 5+ years of experience selling Application Services

✔️ Strong BFSI industry experience is mandatory

✔️ Proven experience selling Custom Applications, Oracle Services, Salesforce Services, Application Modernization, and Managed Services

✔️ Experience working with Private Sector Banks, Public Sector Banks, NBFCs, Insurance Companies, or Capital Markets organizations

✔️ Proven track record of closing multi-crore deals

✔️ Experience handling ₹5 Cr – ₹50+ Cr opportunities

✔️ Strong enterprise account management experience

✔️ Experience managing annual sales quotas and revenue targets

✔️ Strong market presence and relationships across Mumbai and Pune

✔️ Excellent CXO engagement, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

⭐ 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱

✔️ Existing network within BFSI decision-maker community preferred

✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field

✔️ MBA preferred

✔️ Proven hunter with strong enterprise account management capability
