BFSI - Senior Tech Architect

Job Description: Banking & Financial Services (BFS) Practice Lead

We are seeking a senior leader to build and drive our Banking & Financial Services Practice. The ideal candidate will combine deep banking domain expertise with a strong technical foundation to lead our company's growth in the BFS sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Establish and lead the vision, strategy for the Banking & Financial Services Practice.
2. Leverage 10-15 years of experience across core banking and the end-to-end payments lifecycle.
3. Combine deep domain expertise in core banking platforms (FLEXCUBE, Finacle) and payment switch middleware (BASE24, Tango).
4. Drive solutions across Card Payments (Authorization, Clearing, Settlement) and Real-Time A2A Payments (UPI, IMPS, FedNow).
5. Lead programs involving SWIFT MT/MX migration and the industry-wide adoption of ISO 20022.
6. Act as the "voice of the customer," translating banker and treasury pain points into actionable technical roadmaps.
7. Oversee architectural strategy for modern payment hubs, including tokenization (MDES) and AI-driven fraud prevention (Decision Intelligence).
8. Build and manage strategic partnerships with banking software vendors, payment gateways, and FinTechs.
9. Lead presales, client workshops, and the end-to-end delivery of large-scale banking modernization programs.
10. Develop and mentor a high-performing team of BFS domain consultants, BAs, and solution architects.

Preferred Qualifications (The "Ideal Candidate")

• Hands-on experience with the architecture and implementation of at least one major core banking platform (e.g., Oracle FLEXCUBE, Infosys Finacle, Temenos T24) and one EFT Switch (e.g., ACI BASE24, Lusis Tango).
