• Strong understanding of BFSI industry requirements and job roles.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Banking, Commerce, Management, or related field.
• Relevant experience in BFSI training, banking operations, financial services, or insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, financial services, insurance, loans, investments, and customer handling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to engage and mentor students effectively.
• Industry certifications like BFSI/Banking/Financial certifications will be preferred.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate BFSI Trainer to deliver training programs related to Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom training sessions on Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and related topics.
• Deliver practical and industry-oriented training to students.
• Develop and update training modules, presentations, and learning materials.
• Train students on banking operations, financial products, customer service, sales, and insurance concepts.
• Provide guidance on interview preparation, employability skills, and career readiness.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and provide feedback to learners.
• Monitor student progress and maintain training records.
• Incorporate real-world banking and financial industry examples into training sessions.
• Coordinate with academic and placement teams for student development initiatives.
• Support workshops, seminars, and industry interaction programs.
