Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented BGA Technician I to assist with the repair and rework of electronic circuit boards and components. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with basic soldering knowledge, electronics repair experience, or an interest in developing technical skills in a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with BGA (Ball Grid Array) soldering, rework, and repair of electronic components.
• Perform basic soldering and desoldering on printed circuit boards (PCBs).
• Inspect circuit boards for damaged components, solder defects, and other issues.
• Assist senior technicians with troubleshooting and repairing electronic assemblies.
• Operate soldering tools, microscopes, and basic electronic repair equipment.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate repair records and a clean, organized workstation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic understanding of electronic components and circuit boards.
• Some soldering or electronics repair experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools and follow technical instructions.
• Good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Willingness to learn BGA rework techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience: Electronics assembly, PCB repair, soldering, or manufacturing.
