Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented BGV Executive to manage and support end-to-end background verification processes. The candidate will be responsible for verifying candidate information, coordinating with candidates and stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely completion of verification cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct background verification checks including employment, education, identity, address, and reference verification.
• Collect and review candidate documents for verification. Coordinate with candidates, previous employers, educational institutions, clients, and third-party vendors.
• Follow up on pending documents and verification responses.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate critical findings to the concerned team. Maintain accurate records and update verification status in internal systems.
• Ensure cases are completed within defined TAT and SLA timelines.
• Prepare verification reports and maintain confidentiality of candidate information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy requirements.
• Handle multiple verification cases while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 0–2 years of experience in BGV, HR Operations, Recruitment, or related fields preferred.
• Good communication and follow-up skills. Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and web-based platforms. Ability to manage multiple cases and work within deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹31,155.83 per month
