BI Analyst Programmer

Job Summary

We are seeking a BI Analyst Programmer to develop, maintain, and support business intelligence solutions that drive data-informed decision-making. The role involves working with large datasets, data pipelines, reporting platforms, and analytics tools to deliver accurate, reliable, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Write and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to support reporting and data analysis.
• Analyze, transform, and validate large datasets to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Design and support ETL/ELT processes and data integration workflows.
• Collaborate with business users, analysts, and technical teams to gather reporting requirements.
• Investigate data issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Support production environments and resolve reporting and system-related issues.
• Contribute to data modeling, reporting enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering environments.
• Strong SQL development and database management skills.
• Experience with data integration and orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of Python and modern data platforms is an advantage.
• Experience with BI reporting and dashboard tools.
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts, including dimensional modeling and star schemas.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
