Strategic PMO and Execution Leadership

• Translate executive priorities into actionable project roadmaps, ownership structures, and measurable deliverables.

• Lead enterprise-wide strategic and special projects from initiation through execution, ensuring delivery on timeline, budget, scope, and quality targets.

• Establish project governance frameworks, milestones, reporting.

• Drive cross-functional alignment across BUs, BAUs and support functions to remove bottlenecks and accelerate implementation.

• Monitor progress of critical projects, identify execution gaps, and proactively implement corrective actions to achieve committed outcomes.

• Oversee key transformation and sustainability initiatives, including business improvement, operational enhancement, and carbon neutrality related programs.

• Facilitate executive meetings and ensure timely closure of decisions and follow-up actions.

Business Intelligence and Executive Reporting

• Lead preparation of executive management reports, business reviews, and decision-support materials with clear insights and strong presentation standards.

• Develop and enhance management dashboards, reporting tools, and KPI visibility to improve speed and quality of decision-making.

• Analyze business performance, financial trends, operational KPIs, and key variances to highlight risks and opportunities for management attention.

• Improve reporting automation, data accuracy, and visualization practices, reducing dependency on manual reporting processes.

Team Leadership and Performance System

• Lead, coach, and develop BI and PMO team members to build stronger capabilities in analytics, project management, and business communication.

• Set clear team priorities, allocate resources effectively, and ensure high productivity across concurrent workstreams.

• Build disciplined operating rhythms, standard ways of working, and performance management processes across the department.
