BI Data Scientist

We are looking for a BI Data Scientist:

Main Tasks

• Design and develop analytical tools and interactive dashboards (Power BI or equivalent) to monitor product revenue and business performance
• Define, implement, and maintain revenue estimation and forecasting models
• Structure, integrate, and analyze data from multiple sources (DataHub, Finance systems, operational systems, and P&L datasets)
• Monitor performance trends, detect anomalies, and trigger root-cause investigations
• Perform data-driven analyses to explain deviations between expected and actual results
• Act as a key analytical liaison between Business, Finance, and Operations teams
• Lead the migration from manual Excel-based reporting to automated, scalable, and version-controlled solutions
• Continuously improve reporting frameworks, data models, and analytical workflows
• Support business remediation actions by providing actionable insights and recommendations

Technologies & Tools

• Data Visualization & BI: Power BI, Tableau
• Data Processing & Querying: Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL)
• Data Preparation & Workflow Automation: Dataiku, Alteryx
• Data Sources Integration: DataHub, Financial systems, operational databases
• Version Control & Automation: Git (or equivalent), automated reporting pipelines
• Advanced Analytics (plus): AI/LLM tools for data analysis and productivity enhancement

Location: Lisbon | Porto

Project Type: National and/or international

Level of Experience: Mid (more than 6y)

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,200 to €2,000 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
