We are looking for a talented and experienced Data Engineer / BI Developer to

join our growing data team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze data to support strategic business decisions across the organization
• Design and maintain tables, business logic, and ETL processes for business panels and data systems.
• Perform data quality controls and monitoring to ensure accuracy and continuity
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using tools such as DataStage and Talend
• Collaborate closely with development and IT teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions

Requirements

• Proven experience in BI and Data Warehouse systems analysis within large-scale organizations— insurance companies preferred.
• Deep knowledge of DWH methodologies: STG, MRR, DIM, FACT, and additional data layers
• Ability to define technical and business requirements and architect scalable solutions
• Strong understanding of data processes and data lifecycle management
• Proficiency in SQL, including complex queries and stored procedures
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools — DataStage and Talend are a strong advantage
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Prior experience in insurance or financial services — a significant advantage
