We are looking for a BI Engineer to join our growing Delivery team . In this role, you will contribute to the design and delivery of robust, business-critical reporting solutions that support operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making, helping organizations unlock the full potential of their data.

🛠️ What you will be doing:

As BI Engineer, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business data from a variety of industries, including banking, telecommunications, retail and more. Your main objective will be to transform raw data into meaningful insights by designing and delivering dashboards and reports that drive strategic decision-making. You’ll work closely with business users and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver value through data. More specifically you will:

·        Collaborate directly with business users to analyze existing processes, understand data requirements and deliver actionable BI Solutions

·        Develop robust and scalable reporting solutions using Power BI, Qlik Sense or Tableau with a strong focus on data modeling and best practices in DAX and report design

·        Develop and maintain data models and datasets for reporting and analytical purposes

·        Create and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and design documents

·        Identify opportunities to optimize processes and strategies using technology-driven solutions

·        Assess and address development needs to improve operational efficiency and performance

·        Perform comprehensive business intelligence analysis to support data-driven strategies

·        Work closely with stakeholders such as business analysts, project managers and data scientists to deliver tailored BI solutions

🔍 What we are looking for:

Your core responsibility is to design and develop interactive dashboards and reports that translate complex data into actionable insights. These insights will empower stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions and drive business performance across a range of industries.

To qualify for this role, you must have:

·      Solid knowledge of data storage solutions, particularly SQL Server, including SQL object development, performance tuning, data analysis, and data integration

·      Hands-on experience with BI technologies, primarily Power BI, Qlik Sense and Tableau

·      Strong understanding of how coding supports Business Intelligence (BI) through report generation and process automation

·      Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

·      Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

·      Clear and concise communication skills, adaptable to different audiences and stakeholders

·      Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken

Ideally, you will also have:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field

·      Master’s degree in related field

·      At least 2 years of proven experience in data preparation and data warehousing projects

·      At least 2 years of experience working with the Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack (Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, and SSIS)

·      At least 2 years of experience with BI Tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense and Tableau

·      Experience in developing and managing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, PowerApps and MS Forms/Flow
