Duties

• Engage with prospective clients through cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, nurturing relationships, and upselling relevant products or services.
• Conduct territory management and outside sales activities to expand market reach and increase sales volume.
• Utilize CRM software and sales management systems proficiently to track customer interactions, sales pipelines, and performance metrics.
• Negotiate deals effectively by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions that close sales successfully.
• Develop strategic marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and generate qualified leads in target markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams on technical sales processes, ensuring customer requirements are met with precision and professionalism.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory performance for ongoing analysis and improvement.

Skills

• Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, technology sales, or retail sales environments.
• Strong management capabilities with the ability to lead negotiations and close deals efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; fluency in at least two languages is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms for customer relationship management.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to perform effectively in remote (virtual) sales environments with strong self-motivation.
• Skilled in territory management, inside and outside sales techniques, including cold calling and direct client engagement.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.
• Customer-focused approach with exceptional negotiation skills and a talent for upselling products or services.

Pay: $49,900.00 - $60,200.00 per year
