Bi-lingual Property Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Bi-lingual Property Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our facilities. This role is vital in ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems are maintained at optimal performance levels, safety standards are strictly adhered to, and tenant satisfaction is prioritized. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, technical expertise in facilities maintenance, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As a Property Manager, you will coordinate maintenance teams, manage vendor relationships, and implement effective strategies to enhance the longevity and safety of our properties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage facilities maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance of mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC units.
• Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures following safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Oversee the management of facilities management software (such as CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
• Conduct engineering troubleshooting for complex mechanical or electrical issues using schematics, multimeters (voltmeter, ohmmeter), and other diagnostic tools.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and safety regulations by conducting regular safety inspections and training sessions for staff.
• Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs, coordinating schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized services such as HVAC system repair or industrial maintenance tasks.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency through innovative solutions in facilities management.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience supervising facilities or maintenance teams within industrial or commercial settings.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC system repair, electrical systems troubleshooting (including low voltage systems), plumbing system maintenance, and industrial maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, and engineering troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and communication purposes.
• Experience managing facilities management software such as CMMS platforms for work order tracking.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations along with the ability to enforce compliance across teams.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters effectively for electrical troubleshooting.
