BI Report Developer (Sigma Computing)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with business and finance stakeholders to understand and translate reporting needs.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple internal sources.
• Develop KPIs, metrics, and visualizations to provide business insights.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline manual reporting.
• Enhance dashboards for usability, performance, and visualization.
• Conduct root-cause and trend analysis to explain business performance drivers.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests.
• Document dashboards, data sources, business logic, and reporting processes.
• Manage priorities and deliver solutions independently within timelines.

Requirements

Must-have

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard/report development.
• Expertise in data visualization, dashboard design, data modeling, and reporting best practices.
• Experience handling large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication with business stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice-to-have

• SQL, Snowflake or other cloud data platforms, Sigma Computing, Power Query, DAX, automation of reporting processes.
• Experience supporting Finance, FPA, or business performance reporting.
