• Review and understand the existing SDLC control framework, control definitions, and reporting requirements.
• Identify and document data sources required to measure each control.
• Design reporting architecture and data models that support scalable SDLC control reporting.
• Build interactive dashboards and scorecards for engineering leadership, risk, compliance, and executive stakeholders.
• Develop automated reporting that measures control compliance, control effectiveness & Team, application, and portfolio-level performance
• Establish data quality validation and reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, DevOps, platform teams, and governance stakeholders to validate metrics and reporting.
• Document dashboard logic, metric definitions, data lineage, and reporting processes.
• Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to enable ongoing maintenance by internal teams.
• Required Qualifications5+ years of experience developing enterprise reporting and dashboards.
• Experience working with SDLC, DevSecOps, software engineering, or technology governance.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes and engineering metrics.
• Experience translating business and compliance requirements into measurable KPIs and dashboards.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems using APIs or ETL processes.
