What they need
Location: Mandaluyong City Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days/week Onsite) Shift: Night Shift / US Hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily technical support and troubleshooting for MicroStrategy reporting tools.
- Monitor platform health, resolve user tickets, and execute performance tuning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams during system upgrades and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 4+ years of hands-on experience in MicroStrategy BI Support or Administration.
- Solid background in Business Intelligence platforms, data support, and system maintenance.
- Willingness to work night shift / US hours under a hybrid work setup.
