Bid Coordinator - Pre-Construction

Canberra, ACT | Full-Time Help Win the Projects That Shape Canberra Manteena Group delivers high-profile projects across the Commercial, Residential, Security & Defence sectors. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an organised, creative and proactive Bid Coordinator to join our Pre-Construction team.

Working alongside our Estimating Manager and Pre-Construction team, you'll play a key role in preparing compelling tender submissions that help secure exciting and complex projects across the Manteena Group.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with construction industry experience who enjoys writing, design, stakeholder coordination and creating high-quality submission documents.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate end-to-end tender submissions and manage key deadlines.
• Draft, edit and format non-price tender responses.
• Develop capability statements, project profiles and team resumes.
• Produce professional submission documents using Adobe InDesign.
• Create graphics, methodology diagrams and presentation materials.
• Assist with site logistics plans and 4D visualisations (full training provided).
• Collaborate with estimating, project delivery, marketing and HSEQ teams.

About You We're looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and takes pride in producing exceptional work.

You'll Ideally Have

• Experience in bid coordination, tendering, marketing or pre-construction in the construction industry.
• Strong writing and document presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Experience with 4D visualisation software is desirable however on the job training will be provided.
