Bid and Proposal Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage bid and proposal processes from start to finish, ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals that meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposal content, including RFI responses, RFQs, and RFPs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
• Analyze bids received from competitors to identify opportunities for improvement in future proposals.

Job Requirements :

• 2-7 years of experience in Bid & Proposal Management or a related field (e.g., sales operations).
• Strong understanding of bid management best practices, proposal development guidelines, and industry standards (e.g., GDPR).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft clear, concise messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint) for creating engaging presentations.
