Bid & Proposal Team Lead

Be the consultants of Hemmersbach internal and external customers to successfully identify and respond to new and existing business opportunities

Your skills

• 7+ years of previous work experience (or equivalent) in Account and Bid management
• C1 English
• Able to work in an international and multi-cultural environment
• Critical thinking and understanding company objectives

Your tasks

• Lead a team with focus on achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual targets for renewals and new business
• Have a proper governance for team meetings and 1:1s, aimed to develop the team, manage their performance and ensure on-time achievement of milestones
• Maintain high levels of CRM accuracy
• Drive continuous improvement, through post-bid reviews, both internally and with customers
• Ensure team members have the knowledge, training and resources they need to carry out their work
• Manage HR-related topics such as annual leave planning, disciplinary actions, etc.
