As SUEZ refreshes its growth strategy across Australia and New Zealand, we're expanding our Growth & Innovation team and seeking a proactive Bid& Project Coordinator to support strategic pursuits across the business.

Working closely with Market Leads and technical experts, you'll help coordinate submissions, develop compelling content, and support opportunities across water infrastructure, treatment, digital, and operational solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to business growth while working on projects that deliver essential services to communities.

About the Role

Reporting to the Growth & Innovation Lead, you'll play a key role in supporting bids, proposals, reporting, and market pursuit activities across the ANZ business.

• Support the preparation and submission of EOIs, RFPs, tenders, and other strategic pursuits.

• Manage bid schedules, timelines, and compliance requirements.

• Coordinate and compile proposal documents, CVs, appendices, and supporting materials.

• Ensure submissions align with company branding, quality standards, and client requirements.

• Maintain and enhance a library of bid content, project references, case studies, and team profiles.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical information and develop non-technical proposal content.

• Draft and edit company profiles, project experience, methodologies, and executive summaries.

• Maintain CRM and bid management systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

• Track opportunities, bid outcomes, and pipeline activity.

• Generate reports and insights on pursuits, forecasts, and win rates.

• Support continuous improvement of reporting and bid management processes.

About You

You are a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for producing quality submissions and supporting successful project outcomes.

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.

• 3-5 years' experience in bid coordination, proposal support, marketing, project administration, or a similar role.

• Experience using CRM and project management systems, ideally Salesforce.

• Strong written communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills.

• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in infrastructure, utilities, engineering, or construction environments will be highly regarded.
