Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end layout, formatting, and design of all tender submissions, leveraging and improving existing Metem templates.
• Leverage Adobe InDesign to integrate images, site plans, organisational charts, and visual assets into sleek, client-ready proposals.
• Work cross-functionally with Account Managers and Project Managers to map out submission timelines, track deliverables, and ensure all tender milestones are met stress-free.
• Assist with general marketing materials, capability statements, team CV updates, and brand assets as needed.
• Proofread submissions (leveraging AI tools) to ensure consistency, high visual standards, and complete compliance with RFPs.
• Support general office and administrative initiatives where needed, the variety that comes with a growing business

About You

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign.
• Strong visual communication and document design skills.
• Ability to present information clearly, professionally and persuasively.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of outcomes.
