As our portfolio and pipeline continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join our New Business team and help secure the next generation of industrial projects.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who enjoys bringing together technical information, compelling content and high-quality presentation to create standout submissions.

Reporting to the Head of New Business, you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing Expressions of Interest (EOIs), tenders, proposals and capability submissions across our growing industrial project portfolio. You'll collaborate with estimating, design, construction and commercial teams to produce professional, compliant and compelling submissions that showcase CIP's capability and track record.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end tender and EOI submissions for industrial construction projects.
• Review tender documentation and develop submission plans, compliance matrices and programme schedules.
• Manage submission timelines and ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to source information and develop submission content.
• Write, edit, proofread and format high-quality tender responses.
• Develop project case studies, capability statements and personnel CVs.
• Coordinate graphics, layouts and document presentation in line with company branding.
• Maintain tender registers, submission records and content libraries.
• Support client presentations, interviews and award submissions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the bids and tenders function.

About You

You are highly organised, thrive under deadlines and take pride in producing polished and professional documentation.

You will bring:

• Previous experience as a Bid Coordinator, Tender Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator or similar submissions-focused role.
• Exposure to the construction, industrial or commercial sectors.
• Exceptional written communication, editing and proofreading skills.
• Strong attention to detail and document formatting capabilities.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience using SharePoint.
• Adobe InDesign experience highly regarded.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
